Our custom built facility has one of the best live rooms you’ll find anywhere.
Built from scratch, our live room features exceptional acoustics with custom-designed swinging baffles that provide additional control over sound leakage between microphones and instruments.
Live Room
Our 45’ x 35’ live room is ideal for live off the floor sessions and can accommodate both large and small groups. It features a 9’ Baldwin grand piano and custom hinged diffuser panels that enable acoustic flexibility within seconds. We have two isolation booths, including a particularly dry vocal booth ideal for vocals and narration. All rooms are connected via glass, so sight lines are perfect for bands recording together. Engineers and producers agree that recording drums in Studio A is an experience like no other.
Studio A
Our main control room is centred around an SSL XL console and Mac Pro running the latest versions of Protools and Logic. Our board has preamps from SSL, Neve, API and Focusrite, and outboard EQs and compressors from SSL, API, Trident, Urei and DBX. We carry a range of plugins from Waves, Slate Digital, Soundtoys, FabFilter, among others. Our monitors are Neumann KH310A nearfields and CF750 SOTA farfields. We carry a collection of industry-standard condenser and dynamic microphones from Neumann, AKG, Beyerdynamic, Sennheiser, Shure and many more.
Studio B
Studio B offers an Audient 8024 console, Yamaha HS-80 monitors, and iMac running the latest versions of Protools and Logic. This room also features a Tascam 85-16B 1” 16 track tape machine. Studio B’s control room connects to an isolation booth for tracking and is also attached to Studio A for isolating instruments when tracking artists from the main live room.
Studio C
Studio C offers an iMac, KRK VXT6 monitors, and a large collection of analog and digital synthesizers. This room connects to a dry isolation booth ideal for tracking vocals or narration which is also accessible from Studio A.
